Sauron - 90 cm Collector’s Figurine Sculpt
In collaboration with Alteys, Altaya, and Weta Workshop, we sculpted a 90 cm collector’s figurine of Sauron, based on his cinematic appearance in The Lord of the Rings.
The model was crafted with great attention to detail and fully optimized for large-scale 3D printing and physical production.

We were in charge of the full sculpting and production prep for this high-profile collectible.
Heroic-Scale Sculpt
A full-body sculpt of Sauron, capturing his imposing silhouette, intricate armor and iconic helmet, faithful to Weta’s visual universe.
Optimized for Printing
The sculpt was delivered with clean geometry and logical segmentation to support production downstream.
Extreme Detail
Surface textures were pushed to the limit: engravings, leather patterns, and layered metals designed to hold up at macro scale.
